Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@velinya.store with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Please attach the RA number to the outside of your return package; packages without an RA number will not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned package (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will confirm if it meets the return eligibility. If approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 3-7 business days).
Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
